Reese’s Front Door Comes to Your Capital Region Neighborhood [PIC]
Reese's wants to visit your neighborhood and give you a hands-free trick or treating experience. They are unveiling a tricked out Halloween front door to give all of the kids contactless candy. Here's how to nominate your neighborhood. I know I don't have to tell you how different 2020 has been and that means that Halloween will be altered too. But the Hershey company who makes Reese's, has a new way to make sure all kids in the neighborhood can safely trick or treat and get all the good candy.
According to News 10 ABC, Reese's has created a tricked out remote-controlled front door. It is designed to roam the neighborhood and give out king-sized Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. By the way, the best candy to get for Halloween. So if the front door rolls up to you, all you have to do is say, "trick or treat" and boom you get the goodies.
The high-tech front door works by remote-control from five thousand feet away. You know it's coming too with smoke, lights, and a Halloween soundtrack. There is a built-in Bluetooth speaker that activates the dispenser when the kids say trick or treat. Then the Reese's Peanut Butter king-sized Cups come out of the mail slot.
This is a great way to not only have the best Halloween candy in your bag but to comply with all of the guidelines and protocols recommended for a safe and contactless Halloween.
