How old is the young woman in the picture?

It's hard to gauge how old the alleged thief is, some have suggested she's a teenager, but most agree she looks like she's in her early 20s, and police in Saratoga Springs want more info.

Here's what they posted to their Facebook page on Sunday:

SSPD is attempting to identify the pictured subject in regard to the alleged larceny that occurred from a shop on Broadway on today’s date. Anyone with information is urged to contact Officer Christiansen at nchristiansen@saratogapolice.org or via our non-emergency line at 518-584-1800. Please reference case SS-01118-23. Thank you!

Where did she steal from?

Police in Saratoga didn't disclose the name of the place she allegedly stole from, but judging by the mannequin in the window it appears that she was photographed in a clothing or shoe store. Police did say that the larceny happened on Broadway Avenue, in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs.

There are different levels of larceny, but when the property that is stolen is worth less than $400, it is considered "petty" larceny.
