Local businesses and Mom-and-Pop's have been some of the hardest hit during the pandemic and it breaks our hearts to see them struggling and in some cases, simply closing.  81-year-old Joan Desadora has owned the Parting Glass in Saratoga Springs for 40 years and it's the kind of place that booms in the Summer, and hold it's own for the remainder of the year.  But the last 10 months have been brutal and Desadora says that she was literally writing a note to her customers saying her goodbyes when she got the Facetime of a lifetime.
