Part 2 Of Popular True Crime Docuseries Next Month

This was probably the first show I ever binge watched on Netflix. I was captivated by this true crime docuseries and now a date has been announced for part two. Making a Murderer was a intense and in depth true crime story that had us all binge watching to find out if Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey were responsible for the murder of Teresa Halbach. Ulitmately, they were both convicted and sent to prison. But the story doesn't end there.

The series had already prompted a push to overturn Dassey's conviction because of the coerced confession but the Supreme Court declined the request in June. According to People.com, part two will focus on Steven Avery hiring well known defense attorney Kathleen Zellner in hopes to prove his innocence. She will be a key component in the new series.

The ten new episodes of Making a Murderer Part 2 will premiere on October 19th on Netflix.
