I did a double take last night when I saw more than a few local photographers posting pictures of mom's breastfeeding their babies. While the shots were tastefully done, I was surprised to see as much nudity as I did.  It's National Breastfeeding Week and life hasn't been this "nipply" since Janet Jackson during the 2004 Super Bowl.  I was curious to find out what's considered acceptable or not.  Do you mind seeing these photos on your Facebook or Instagram feed? ***PARTIAL BREASTFEEDING NUDITY IN THE PICS BELOW***

Instagram has very specific policies when it comes to nudity and it's as follows:

"We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don’t allow nudity on Instagram. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks. It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too."
