Clifton Park Center Adding Many New Stores & Making it More Accessible

Clifton Park Center is getting a major refresh, with several new names ready to move in and a roundabout planned to make getting there a little easier.

The shopping center off Clifton Country Road and Clifton Park Center Road is welcoming a new lineup of tenants that adds both flavor and fun.

Shoppers can look forward to Sephora, Cold Stone Creamery, Wetzel’s Pretzels, Five Below, Herbie’s Burgers, J. Crew Factory, and an Asian fusion restaurant. There will also be an 8,000 square foot indoor play area for kids, giving families a new spot to spend time, especially during the colder months.

According to the Albany Business Review, these additions are expected to open by early 2026, transforming Clifton Park Center into a fun destination. Many of the new stores will have exterior entrances, making it easy for shoppers to pop in from the parking lot without heading through the main mall area.

Outside, drivers will soon see a new roundabout taking shape at the entrance where Clifton Park Center Road meets Sitterly Road near Bass Pro Shops. The project aims to improve traffic flow and make it easier to access the mall, which has become busier with all of the new stores.

Once the roundabout construction wraps up, additional roadwork will follow to smooth out the entryways and connect the area seamlessly. Between the retail mix and infrastructure upgrades, Clifton Park Center is positioning itself as a go-to destination for shopping, dining, and family fun again.
