Right now, it's just a big old hole.  But in 2019, it will be the home to a new strip mall in Rensselaer County. As per the Troy Record, a piece of land in the Town of North Greenbush is being leveled and flattened and is the future site for a 'small strip mall' according to developer David Mulinio of DF Acquisitions.

The developer told the Record that his newest venture will be similar in style to two of his other nearby projects; the North Greenbush Commons with Stewart’s and Junior’s at 50 N. Greenbush Rd. and the building at 16 N. Greenbush Rd. that features a Panera Bread and Fresenius Kidney Care.

The land, currently a 'big hole' is at 24-30 North Greenbush Road in North Greenbush.  According to the newspaper, Mulinio stated that he's not entirely sure what will be going into the strip mall, but added that he's 'leaving it open right now,” he said. “We have people that are interested, but nothing etched in stone.”

Mulinio's goal is to serve the town of North Greenbush and Hudson Valley Community College communities
