By no means am I making light of this crime.  I am merely suggesting an alternative measure for police to find the seven calves stolen from a Kingsbury farm on Sunday.

Officials say the animals were just one to two weeks old when they were taken from a farm near the intersection of Hendee Road in Kingsbury.

The owner of the calves says the animals are worth between $500 and $1,000 each.

The stolen animals are black and white Holsteins, one of which had some red coloring. The thief also took several bats of milk replacer feed for the animals.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Washington County Sheriff's Office at (518) 747-4623.

But, in the mean time.... maybe we should call this guy...
