Man From Saratoga Fails To Update Sex Offender Information

A 34-year-old Saratoga Springs man who moved from Oklahoma is in a bit of hot water.

In a story from News 10 ABC, Eugene Periard was allegedly registered as a sex offender. What got him into more trouble was that he allegedly never updated his sex offender registration information. He never gave his change of address. Because of this he has received a sentence of five years of supervised release and must register with the New York State Sex Offender Program.
