Joshua Rockwood allegedly didn’t get some of the horses the veterinary care that they needed. He was also accused of not providing water and food to some of the other animals on the farm.

An investigation by the Glenville Police Department led to executing two separate search warrants for Rockwell’s farm. Search warrant number one was conducted on March 3. The second search warrant was conducted this past Sunday, March 15. During the second search warrant, Glenville Police requested that three of the horses were to be taken from Rockwell’s farm, and sent to the Peaceful Acres Horse Farm in Pattersonville, where they remain.

According to the story from News 10 ABC, Rockwell was charged with 13 misdemeanor charges for not proving proper water, food and shelter for the animals. Authorities are continuing an investigation.
