Wonder Restaurant To Open In Glenville
If you have ever been to a food hall, you know it offers multiple restaurants and a variety of dishes under one roof. Imagine a similar concept, but in a more traditional restaurant setting - and that is Wonder.
According to a report from Albany Business Review (ABR), Wonder is planning to open its first Capital Region location at the former Applebee's in Glenville later this year. The chain, which operates more than 100 locations, offers up a menu full of cuisine from famous chefs and their eateries. Notable taste-makers like Bobby Flay, Michael Symon, and Marc Murphy, and dishes from their eateries, are part of Wonder's quasi-food hall concept, according to ABR.
Wonder, which offers dine-in and takeout, says its mission is to "...make great food more accessible...with the belief that a remarkable dining experience should be readily available to anyone who wants one."
Wonder currently offers food from over 30 restaurants, including Bobby Flay Steak, The Mainstay from Food Network's Marc Murphy, Streebird by Marcus Samuelsson, and more. You can see the full Wonder restaurant lineup here.
Wonder currently operates numerous restaurants in the New York City area and in New Jersey, and the Glenville location will be its first in Upstate New York.
