Love Cowboy Handles Weirdo Coworker

I just want to say that I'm thankful that I made the cuts at work despite the pandemic, and am very appreciative to have a job with a big company that I still get to show up for. With all of that being said, my company hired a guy who I have to work relatively close to who is quite odd. I hear his strange phone conversations with his wife all the time about some very "intimate" things and while I'm no prude, if you knew this guy you'd be grossed out as well. The other day while I went to use the bathroom, he was already there, sitting. He started making small talk with me from the stall. I can't make this stuff up...I know I should talk to HR, but I'm old school and want to "man up" how should I handle this?

Love him or hate him, the Love Cowboy is about as consistent as they come. Every weekday morning just after 6am and 8am, he saddles on up inside the GNA studio. He comes with relationship advice for you GNA listeners and insults for anyone who dares to get in his way; usually that person is Brian.
