Sometimes he gives some nuggets of wisdom and other times he just uses the opportunity to go after Brian. Either way, he is certainly entertaining. This time he tries to help out a listener whose boyfriend has not seen a dentist in years. This time the Love Cowboy has his work cut out for him as Janine in Nassau wants to know how to handle her boyfriend whose dental hygiene is awful. She claims that he hasn't had a cleaning in six years and he complains of tooth pain often. She thinks he has some cavities to get filled. It is starting to affect their relationship and she doesn't even want to kiss him.
