Local Craft Fest Looking For Artists

Are you a local artist looking to showcase your work? There is a city holding a Craft Fest this April and they inviting area artists. Here are the details. According to News 10 ABC, the application process is open for this year's Collar City Craft Fest in Troy. The city is inviting area craftspeople to highlight and show off their talents and skills. The Craft Fest will be during the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market and Troy Night Out. It will feature crafters, artists, chefs, and more. It will be held April 24 through April 26.

They are looking for artists who use and work with metal, fiber, clay, glass, paper, wood, leather, and other materials. The applications will be chosen with originality, variety, and quality in mind.

Applications are due by January 28th and there is a fee of $25. If your application is accepted, you will get a booth, admission passes, marketing materials, help with set-up and running the space along with a free meal.

Last year there were over one thousand attendees at the three day Craft Fest.
