Kids Will Have Fun At 2012 Fitness Expo on January 21st

The day is getting close. On Saturday, January 21st the 21012 Fitness, Health and Beauty Expo will be here at the Empire State Plaza from 10am-4pm.

Price Chopper will be there along with about 25 professional businesses in the Fitness, Health and Beauty world. Admission is $3 for Adults and kids are free.

Make sure you bring the kids with you. We have lots of activities just for them including:

The Albany Devils Mascot and The Smile Monster will be making the rounds and greeting the kids. The New York Jets will be sending their NFL Play 60 set up to the event so the kids can have a fun, fitness filled time and its all football themed.

Marci Frazier the YNN Fitness and Health expert will be there as well to show you how to get in shape and stay in shape.

Live demonstrations will be going on through the day too including Zumba, LA Boxing, Aerobics, and I heard there may even be some wrestling for the crowd to enjoy too.

This is the year that you'll keep your healthy New year resolution and get the help you need to do it from the pros at our Fitness, health and Beauty Expo on the 21st. We can't wait to see you and your family there.
