Jimmer Goes To Sacramento, And So Do Sean And Richie! [AUDIO]

Well- let me explain my headline .  The Sean and Richie Show took a "virtual trip" to Sacramento , California this morning - we called a morning show out there (at their request) and went on the air with them to give them some  "inside Jimmer info".

Do I have to repeat the back story here?  I'm sure you all know that Glens Falls native  Jimmer Fredette is now a Sacramento King.  You can read about it from a blog by Brian Sinkoff from our sister station, 104.5 the Team (ESPN).So anyway, a morning show from Sacramento, The Pat and Tom Show on KNCI FM sent an email wondering if we had any information about Jimmer.  We decided to call them and do a kinda-sorta coast to coast simulcast.  Here's how that went!

In thinking about this topic, Jeff Levack said to me "you should write a song about it and send it to these guys".   So this was written very last minute  during the show and recorded during the commercials!  That's what will always make radio fun and a huge challenge - the immediacy of it all.  (and having a keyboard with 1100 sounds with me on the air doesn't hurt!)   Here's the result, for better or worse!
