Stewart's Launches New Holiday Spumoni Ice Cream

It is that special time of year to make sure that everything is ready for the holidays. Is it too soon for Christmas? I guess that just depends on your perspective. When it comes to doing dessert research I think you can do that any time. That's why I had to go ahead and give the new ice cream from Stewart's Shop a shot.

This one is called Carmine's Holiday Spumoni, and it is a winner. Highly recommend this one to all Capital Region families to get.

What does this one taste like? Besides absolute heaven it has some classic holiday flavors in there like pistachio, cherry, and chocolate. It is such a great version of that Italian dessert that I am sure many of you from Albany grew up with.

This Stewart's twist on the Italian classic is the perfect trio of rich chocolate, maraschino cherry, and nutty pistachio, and it's available now for a limited time!

I don't want to compare it to another east coast Ice Cream and start a war, but anyone who ever had a Friendly's Jubilee Roll will really enjoy this, especially around the holidays.

Being from Upstate I've never really found a Stewart's ice cream that I haven't liked. Just ass Carmine's Holiday Spumoni to the list. The cherry ice cream was the star for me. It really had the classic flavor that I like, especially combined with the pistachio.

Just remember, it is only here for a very limited time so get out and try it while you can. I do hope that they'll keep rolling this one out each year because I am all for it.

Also, just a note that we love Stewart's ice cream here at Q105.7 and would love to be able to get out name on one. Just let me know what I have to do. I have many ideas.
