
The Team Behind Bud’s Coffee Is Opening A Sit-down Diner In Niskayuna
Plans are underway for a new dining option in Niskayuna, New York. The town of approximately 23,000 currently has around a dozen food options within the city limits. With this latest, foodies will have breakfast, lunch and dinner choices all in one spot.
According to an Instagram post on the Around Schenectady site, the new diner will be located at Rivers Ledge, a luxury apartment community located just off of Aqueduct Road along the Mohawk River.

Many Capital Region residents area are already familiar with Bud's Coffee with shops in Glenville, Green Island, and Schenectady. Now the folks behind Bud's are opening Sally's full-service diner.
As of now there is not exact timetable to when Sally's will be open. Based on comments from the Instagram post, Elite Marble & Stone of Latham have installed the countertops. Take a look at the post below.
