The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. If you have a dilemma to share we'd love to hear it just e-mail us here at the show.

Here is today's dilemma:

Ok, first let me say I made a terrible mistake , I get that. I dated someone from work. My problem is we had what I thought was a great relationship for almost a year. I really thought that this was the one. He was a wonderful boyfriend and friend to me.

We broke up about 2 months ago, it wasn't ugly he just gave me the whole "It's not you it's me", speech. Bottom line is it's over and I can't get over him. I see him everyday at work and he is friendly and I can't complain about how he has handled it, maybe that's the problem. I just don't understand how it all went wrong. I almost wish we had huge fights and he was a total jerk, I think it would be easier.

So my question is simple and yet impossible, how do you get over someone you really cared for, especially when you see them everyday? I have even thought of quitting my job to make it easier but I don't even know if that would do it. Help.
