Ham – The Cornerstone of Easter Dinner

I hope all of you are enjoying or will be enjoying a nice Easter Sunday meal with your families and friends and counting your blessings today. I have always loved Easter dinner more than Thanksgiving dinner personally because the ham is the meat of choice for Easter. I love ham, especially a nice spiral ham that has been brushed with a glaze. How about those homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, a nice green bean casserole and some turnip to round it out. My mouth is watering just writing this. Haha! Don't forget dessert. I always go for a nice piece of pecan pie with some coffee ice cream. Yum!
