Gloversville Police Officer Struck By Reckless Driver (VIDEO)

According to  police reports and News10 ABC, while leaving the scene, an officer, standing on the terrace of the eastbound travel lane, was struck by a vehicle traveling west on West Fulton Street at around 8:25 p.m.

The officer was not injured but did seek medical attention.

Police say a member of New York State Police located the vehicle Thursday morning. Robert Bulger, 71, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, and leaving the scene of a personal injury automobile accident.
