If you were planning to go shopping at the Glenmont Price Chopper in the Town Squire Plaza, you probably noticed that you couldn’t get into the parking lot.

Delivery Truck

It was closed off by Bethlehem Police because a delivery hit a gas line.

In the story from News 10 ABC, National Grid had to shut off the gas causing the police to close off entry into the lot. A delivery was being made to Angela’s Pizza And Pasta restaurant, and the truck got a little too close to the building. The Selkirk Fire Department was also on the scene.

National Grid will be rebuilding the gas line and looking into further precautions.
