Fonda Burn Ban Reminder

If you live in Fonda in Montgomery County, you need to hold off on burning any yard waste, and do not start a bonfire.

There’s a burn ban in effect until May 15. In the story from The Times Union, it’s actually a statewide burn ban.

There have been some very damaging brush fires in the Fonda area, and took extensive periods to extinguish.
