Delicious Lobster Food Truck From “Shark Tank” Sets Another Capital Region Visit
Did you miss the most recent Cousins Maine Lobster to the Capital Region? You will have another opportunity this month to get a taste of the Maine Coast!
If you love the TV reality investment show "Shark Tank" you probably know about Cousin Maine Lobster and their backstory. If you are not aware, you can revisit their story with CNBC: as the story goes, the food truck was started by 2 Maine natives who wanted to bring the real Maine lobster experience to where they were living in California. After the Shark Tank visit and investment, they grew into a nationwide franchise with restaurants and food trucks operating all over the country, including in New York City.
Those food trucks from the city cruise to spots all over the state to serve their delicious lobster offerings, including to locations right here in the Capital Region. They most recently visited Guilderland, Claverack, and Round Lake, in the photo below:
I actually made a special trip up to Round Lake to try the lobster, but unfortunately, with my kids in tow, the line was way too long to wait. Thankfully, you and I will have another opportunity in the near future to see what the buzz is all about.
Cousins Maine Lobster Announces Clifton Park Visit
One of the New York City Cousins Maine Lobster Trucks will be coming to Singlecut Brewery in Clifton Park on Sunday, Ausgust 28th, from Noon to 7 pm. Singlecut is an awesome brewery located at 6 Fairshild Square, which is right near exit 10 off the Northway.
