Creamed Onions – Sounds Scary But They Are Delicious

Thanksgiving feasts will abound all over the Albany area on Thanksgiving and creamed onions will be on many of those tables. I am a fairly good cook, but I won't even try to make these, I will though eat them proudly and love it. You have to open your horizons on the holidays and taste something new.
