Chicken Sandwich Mic Drop By Capital Region KFCs

KFC is about to out-chicken sandwich Popeye's and Chick-Fil-A.

It has been an ongoing debate, one I have been heavily involved in over the last few weeks. Who serves the best chicken sandwich: Popeye's or Chick-Fil-A? Well, it may be time to bring KFC into the fold and it may be a mic drop moment.

According to Business Insider, through the end of the year KFC is serving Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles, and this includes a Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich where yes, two Belgian waffles act as the bread. Could this be the mic drop moment that ends the Chicken Sandwich wars? There is only one way to find out.

This development, along with all the other chicken sandwich buzz, pretty much guarantees you will not be able to keep the extra holiday weigh off this year. But, like me, don't fight it. Just enjoy the ride and we will get to those New Year's resolutions Jan. 1.
