Capital Region Native & Siena Grad To Represent USA On Field Hockey Team

Siena Grad Ashley Dona has been Invited to Play on the USA Field Hockey Team.  How exciting is this, one of our very own Capital Region athletes has been invited to Play on the US Field Hockey Team!!

This is so exciting for so many reasons!  Ashley is from Gloversville and a Siena College graduate and she just found out that she has been invited to represent the US, and the Capital Region for that matter, in Scotland.  Ashley is one of  only 16 people chosen by USA Athletes International to play on the US field hockey team.

Ashley will graduate from Siena in May, then make the trip to Scotland to play in the ten day 2017 Scottish Friendship Series.  This is her announcement on Facebook:
