Duke and North Carolina is one of the greatest rivalries in all of sports.  This Saturday night the rivalry continues in a brand new chapter with the Final Four in New Orleans.  It will be the first ever meeting between the two schools in the NCAA Tournament.  They have each beaten one another on the road this season.  In what is Coach K's final season a the head coach at Duke, this will certainly be a storybook matchup and a storybook ending if Duke wins the national championship.  Here is my quick take on this from the Times Union:

After watching the Elite 8 there is no question that Duke has the best chance to win the men’s National Championship. Duke’s young team that is comprised of NBA players has grown up very quickly in the NCAA tournament. Their matchup with North Carolina in the Semifinals is historic, but Duke will advance. And all of this is fitting in Mike Krzyzewski's final season of coaching. No better way to go out for Coach K.

My producer and co host extraordinaire Michael Johnson Jr is a huge UNC fan.  While I like the Dukies, he likes his Tar Heels on Saturday night.  Below is our full conversation on this from yesterday.

Hubert Davis has done a phenomenal job with this UNC team and I think this will be a very close game.  However, Duke has faced more adversity than UNC has and have several first round NBA draft picks.  It would be just perfect if Duke can send Coach K into retirement with yet another championship. and I think that is exactly what will happen.
