‘Bourbon and Beef Bar’ Now Open In Albany

Bourbon? Beef? This place already sounds amazing!

A 'bourbon and beef beer?' Well that just sounds amazing! According to a Times Union report, The Bishop is now open on Pearl Street in Albany. It is located where the Merry Monk used to be.

The Times Union story says the new spot was created by "four veteran bartenders" who describe the Bishop as a "bourbon and beef bar." The Times Union also posted all their menus for you to see, and the selections look amazing. And here is another bonus: if late nights are your thing, they have late night menu options available 10pm to Midnight!

Just think of you classic American bar and grill and you will have a pretty good feel for the menus. I am  just salivating looking at the steak options! And the bourbon & whiskey menu is pretty impressive too! A great steak and some bourbon, ya gotta love it! The Bishop sounds like a winner!
