We have been to a few orchards around the Capital Region. If you are like us, you have plenty of apples to use up. We had apples from Lakeside Farms and Bowman's Orchards. But you can use any ones you have. Here is a great recipe for Cinnamon Apple Pie Cake. Hope you enjoy it, we sure did.
