As gas prices keep rising, with the average price about $3.70 per gallon, it has finally happened.

AP is reporting that the average price in Hawaii has finally reached $4 per gallon.  It hit our area a few years ago, and is likely going to be there again soon. This has now become the highest in the United States, beating California's average of $3.96 per gallon.
