As you may have heard on the show today, we wound up calling my wife, Andrea for some couponing tips. While she is not an "extreme" couponer, she has definitely become a pretty avid fan of getting great deals. So after we surprised her this morning with the phone call she said, "I totally had some better deals to share." Even though she totally told you how to get free stuff and even more money towards other purchases at Walmart. Hard to really beat that. So I decided to have her E Mail some deals this week  to me so I can get them out to you. If you guys like the blog, and her coming on the show let me know, I can make it a weekly feature.

Here is what she gave me:

First thing to remember is cut and save every coupon from the newspaper inserts each week. You will want to use them in conjunction with a store "special" to get the really good deals. Even ones you don't think you will use may come in handy when a store like Walmart winds up giving you "free money" because you have coupons ( you can use up to 4) that are actually worth more than the price of your item.

If you need coupons that you missed there are a couple different ways to go about getting them. You can get free printable coupons at, www.coupons.com
If you can't find a free printable coupon or need more of a certain coupon, visit www.coupondede.com to purchase them.

OK, so now to the deals!

Reminder Price Chopper coupon policy: They will only double coupons up to half your order total, so make sure you are buying something else like meats for the week to make sure all the coupons double. You can also use one Manufacturers coupon and one Price Chopper coupon for any item.

Another thing you want to do is scour different coupon websites, there are thousands out there and it's good to find ones you like and are easy to read. The following CVS deals I got from a great site by Jill Cataldo.
