I never understood the phrase "Kids Say the Darndest Things" until I started spending more time with my 3-year-old cousin. She goes to nursery school and the day before Valentine's Day, she celebrated with her class.

I took the opportunity to ask her the obvious questions about Valentine's Day. I asked her what the point of it was, to help me come up with a present for my boyfriend, and what exactly I should write on the card. Somehow she came up with balloons, video games, and llama pinatas.
