Upstate Police Sick Of Winter Attempt To Arrest Groundhog(PIC)

If we don't get that much needed 65 or 70 degree day around here really soon, I hope the Albany, Schenectady or Troy Police take note of what these boys in blue did!  This is one humorous (and hopefully effective) way to deal with the cold weather that has been loitering in New York State for way too long.  Take a look at what a police department in western New York recently did as an attempt to rid us of the Winter that simply won't go away!

I happen to think this upstate New York Police Department may have accused the wrong guy, or girl.  Shouldn't there be a warrant out for the arrest of Mother Nature, not Punxsutawney Phil for this never ending Winter? Either waym their intentions are on point!  Police in Depew, NY (outside of Buffalo) shared this tongue in cheek arrest on Facebook on Friday, announcing, "Dear Winter, you are hereby placed under arrest," and calling for the arrest of Punxsutawney Phil for predicting six more weeks of winter.
