Upstate NY Snowfall Totals For April 4, 2024

As we look ahead to warmer spring temperatures next week, winter made what is hopefully one last appearance this week.

It's funny, we have gotten more snow during the first couple weeks of spring then we got through the last month of winter! It's just more proof the only predictable thing about the weather in Upstate New York is it will be unpredictable!

So while local kids enjoyed the tail end of their "spring" vacation from school this week, it's only fitting we got more snow!

Local Snowfall Totals For April 4, 2024

Forecasters were calling for a foot or more of snow for this one in the mountains and higher elevations, and it delivered with a few spots passing the 1-foot mark. While snowfall totals dwindled from Saratoga south, many areas still saw a decent amount of wet, heavy snow. Here are some local totals from throughout the region!
