"Dancing With the Stars" and its popularity have many of us talking about the ability or inability of celebrities to pull off fantastic dance moves.  However, aside from "Dancing With the Stars," there are certain dances celebrities have done -- four to be exact -- I think will go down in history. Not necessarily because they show the best dance moves ever, but more because they address(ed) the fun and energy dancing is suppose to unleash rather than the insecurity many people feel about dancing in public.

Third runner-up would have to go to the infamous "ooga-chaka baby" from the show, "Ally McBeal."  Remember this baby and its' dance back in 1996?  Not only did it bring back this song, but it created a dance that had many people talking about it and also made the show even more popular at the height of the series.  Here it is in case you don't remember:

The second runner-up gets awarded to Ellen Degeneres.  Ellen, in my opinion, is hysterical just with her commentary, but I think the way she livens up her audience, not only sets a fun mood before her show starts, but also sends a level of energy to viewers.  I would actually be interested to see Ellen on the next "Dancing With the Stars."  I think she actually dances quite well!  Check her out:

The first runner-up goes the Elaine's dance on "Seinfeld."  This was a classic, especially if you were a fan of "Seinfeld."  You definitely cannot forget the way Elaine busted out her moves, embarassing George profusely in this particular episode.  Check it out:

The winner, and my favorite (Sean will attest to this), goes to Carlton Banks on the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air," starring Will Smith.  Carlton (played by Alfonso Riberio) did this dance on numerous episodes of the show so if you didn't catch it multiple times, you must have seen it at least once.  Here is my the winner, dancing to Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual."

Are there any dances that stick out in your head from your favorite television show?
