Three People Allegedly Had Meth Lab With Children Present
Two women and one man have been arrested for allegedly operating a methamphetamine lab in a mobile home in Greenfield. According to the story from News 10 ABC, all three people were allegedly cooking meth in their home, but they also had two children there while they were doing it. One was an 11-month-old baby.
55-year-old Bruce Tyler, 34-year-old Marlinea South and 28-year-old Megan Howell were all arrested, after an investigation took place and a search warrant was obtained by New York State Police. Also involved with the investigation were Porters Corners Fire Department, the Drug Enforcement Administration, New York State Police Uniform and BCI and members of the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team.
South and Howell have been charged with Criminal Possession Methamphetamine Manufacturing Materials, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of Precursors of Methamphetamine. All three have each been charged with two counts of Endangering The Welfare Of A Child.
