They’re All In Line-For These Giveaways At Saratoga Race Course

This is the week! Finally, the Saratoga Race Course will be open for the season this Thursday. Even though there were races last year, no spectators were allowed in. Well, it's a new year and a new season. Get ready racing fans, not only will you get a full forty days of racing, there will be giveaways too.

Not only is the Saratoga Race Course opening up this week, but it's also nice to know that Saratoga Springs will be bustling again. The businesses and restaurants that rely on the thousands of tourists the Saratoga Race Course brings to town will surely get a well-deserved boost this summer. If you are heading to the Saratoga Race Course, there will be a couple of giveaways too.

Each season The New York Racing Association (NYRA) announces giveaways throughout the meet. This year there are two giveaways. The first will be on Sunday, August 15th. Fans who pay admission will receive a Saratoga Cooler Bag presented by Saratoga Casino Hotel.

The second giveaway will be a Saratoga Fleece Hoodie on Sunday, September 5th according to the Leader-Herald.

NYRA has said that there will be a series of new and returning entertainment, attractions, and events throughout the racing season at the Saratoga Race Course. The meet begins this Thursday with post time at 1:05. Gates open each day at 11 am and on weekends. On Travers Day, August, 28th, the gates will open at a different time. The Saratoga Race Course will operate five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday. The meet will end on Labor Day, Monday, September 6th.
