Princess Diana's dress was also kept a huge secret back in 1981 when she married Prince Charles.  Diana's dress was designed back then by the British designer, Elizabeth Emanuel.  While CNN's Piers Morgan interviewed Emanuel on what to possibly expect of Middleton's dress, she "found it a little tough to predict what Middleton might look like on her big day because no one's been given any hints as tow hoe is designing her dress (Full story)."
