Here's what to expect starting in June

"America's most reliable network" has yet to publicly acknowledge the outage, but many Verizon users in the Northeast have been experiencing a variety of issues today.

There seems to be an influx of spam calls lately. They are calls from overseas and even some countries I never knew existed. Well now a cell phone provider is saying to be cautious because they could cost you.

If you are a customer of this cell phone provider, you will soon be able to block those annoying robocalls with a free app.

If it appears as though the people you normally text have been ignoring you, you're not alone. It turns out that people still like you, but many on the East Coast - and right here in the Capital Region - may be experiencing problems while sending and receiving text messages.  Verizon issued a statement on the outage that has been wreaking havoc today.

At one point I was on this brands bandwagon, I know many people who still are.

Flat out, as a lifelong resident of the capital region, cell reception here kind of sucks. No it does suck. Senator Chuck Schumer agrees.
