Are there certain times of day when it's illegal to use a snowblower?

I know we have been experiencing a heatwave and not thinking of winter in the Capital Region. But if I could find a way to scrape together hundreds of thousands of dollars, I would buy this new snowplow that the Albany Airport has just bought. It removes snow in seconds and it throws snow hundreds of feet.

We got hit with some snow yesterday. Have you fully shoveled yourself out yet? If not, you may not have to with this new app.

I know that headline doesn't mean much, but I didn't tell you just how old this snowblower is!

The modern snowblower is a staple here in the Capital Region.  A requirement.  We should all hug our machines each day and thank it for it's faithful devotion (make sure it's off!  The burns could be devastating!!)

This is hard to believe, but I bought a snowblower in Wilton, NY that has become the running joke every winter.
