We all know that we should be careful regarding school bus safety, but sometimes we're out of practice after the summer months.  Well, Bethlehem has some new ideas that will make things safer, less costly and more efficient.  We should all take note

There’s a man that’s been going from door to door claiming that he’s a survey taker on behalf of the Guilderland Central School District.

Here I am, getting ready to go to yet another fantastic area school for the Readin', Writin' and Rhymin' Tour, and this news item is flashing across my phone as we speak- "School Shooting In Ohio".  This is nauseating!

It's Friday night at about 11:15PM.  Been up since 3:45 this morning. It's been a very long day, but I would do it all again in an instant.  I had the honor and privilege of being invited after the show to go to Schoharie Elementary School to help kids write a song about the devastating floods.  I'm so proud of what they came up with that I want to get this out tonight!

Woestina Elementary School in Rotterdam, NY is in a tough spot.  Looks like they might possibly close the school and consolidate.  Unfortunately,  it's becoming the way of the world!
