quitting smoking

Today on the show we talked about a study where researchers figured out the best days of the week to do certain things. For instance, apparently the best day to end your on line auction is Sunday.

President Obama is known for many things, both good and bad. And there’s one subject that seems to keep coming up: His smoking.

OK,  so I'm a failure.  It wasn't a new years resolution, but last Sunday morning I haphazardly announced to myself that I'm quitting smoking.  Three very hard days later I gave in and bought a pack of cigarettes.
