Here's the audio of the woman who called into GNA Friday morning just one day after she lost a very good friend to the coronavirus.  While it's heartbreaking to listen to, it's also a glimpse into the reality of what is happening in the world today.

Every person that works on the air here at WGNA is fully aware that listeners come and go all the time. It's kind of like that Facebook friend you didn't know unfriended you until they send you a new friend request one day. What I don't think everyone knows though is that we care, we care about all of our listeners as a group and really each and every one individually...

I don't have any kids, so I'm not sure how I would feel about this type of attitude at such a young age if I were a parent. However, it just made me smile so big!

Ok ladies and gentlemen, stage two of the search for a girl for the Sean and Richie Show is in your hands. We have to narrow the field down and it's up to you. We are going to have 6 head to head matches with the last one being between three girls. We will be posting them in order that we received them and each will a 24 hour voting window.

Are you the next morning radio star? Maybe you are, or maybe it's one of the girls who have already submitted their videos for consideration. We posted a video Friday morning to show that we are in desperate need of some female companionship here on the Sean and Richie Show, otherwise things just get a little too locker room-ish.
