The New York State Police is getting a bit more help in crime solving and traffic violations. They are looking to the sky. It was announced that they will be assisted by nearly two dozen drones.

There are only two drones that have been purchased for Albany County Law Enforcement, but they are already making a difference in the Capital Region.

I actually had this video recommended to me by one of our company's sister websites and thought, "Really?" They said this would be a total "game-changer" in package delivery though, so I thought, "Well I have 2 minutes to spare. I will check it out." I am totally glad I did. I think it appealed to my wife because of what it would mean to her in the world of shopping,

This drone thing is getting WAY out of hand.  Are we going to have to come out with anti drone missile systems or something? Now we have one crashing into the US Open!

This is actually before and after footage from that horrible earthquake in Nepal.   It was captured using a drone. If it wasn't so tragic I would be  spending more time marveling at the photography.   But this is something you have to see to believe.
