Just in time for Halloween? Yes there is almost two months to go before the ghosts and goblins come knocking at your door, but you wouldn't know that by looking at the shelves of your local grocery stores. One item in particular might take you by surprise, Kraft Foods has now introduced the Candy Corn Oreo.

With Easter this Sunday it's a given I will be munching on some sweets that the Easter Bunny delivered. Even though I should back off on it, I've developed a bit of a gut over the years,  I can't help chowing down on certain candies. Here are my favorites.

I know that there are people who can eat fudge anytime of the year. For me though, its a Christmas thing.

On Halloween, most kids love to go out trick-or-treating, dressed up as their favorite character, trying to get as much candy in their little sacks. I haven't gone out for the traditional door to door begging in a long time, after all, both of my kids are grown up.

I just finished my blog about the fruit (or alleged lack of the above) in Fruit Roll-ups, and then I saw this story about the worst treats for Trick or Treat!  Wow, maybe there's a future here as a consumer advocate!

I am not a big candy eater by nature folks.
