I know that there are people who can eat fudge anytime of the year. For me though, its a Christmas thing.

Everyone has their favorite kind of fudge, and I am no different so I am going to share my five favorites with you on the list below. If you click the titles you will go to pages with recipes for each type of fudge on my list. That way you can learn how to whip up a batch for me! LOL

Man of man! this stuff is awesome, and if you ever want to reall pack on the pounds try breaking up a few pieces into a bowl of vanilla ice cream. you'll thank me later.

Sometimes the classic are the best. You have to make it with real cocoa to get the nice bitter aftertaste though.

Now we're cooking! Adding the X-Factor of marshmallow makes fudge something that the smallest kid to the happiest parent will smile about from ear to ear when they chomp away on it.

Its like an Andes candy on crack! LOL You'll get hooked quicker than Lindsay Lohan on Absolut.

This is the stuff dreams are made of! I can eat a pound of this by myself in about a half hour with no problem. Plus you have to love the greasy fingers after you eat it so you can put smudge marks on all of grandma's knick knacks, Haha.
