Guilderland police are saying several residents have recently reported black bear sightings.

A bear went after a woman's kayak in Alaska and she filmed the whole thing. She starts by thanking it for not eating her kayak.  Then she pepper sprays it's face. So it goes back to the kayak and rips it to shreds! I think you'll love it...

Some people that were in Downtown Pittsfield recently had a little surprise when someone spotted a bear roaming around.

Some people reported seeing a bear roaming in the area of Vosburgh Road in Halfmoon.

The Albany Police Department was called to assist New York State Environmental Conservation Police earlier Tuesday to take care of a bear.

It’s been a few weeks since we've seen any bears in the Albany area, but there’s been another bear siting.

First there was a bear in Albany, now there's one in Schenectady.

Some residents in a North Greenbush neighborhood saw a little more than the usual animals that normally are seen, like skunks, deer and fox. On Monday afternoon, they saw a bear.
