This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown N.Y.  The concert is part of a huge celebration of baseball and the hall of fame. It all happens August 2 and it looks to be an incredible day of great music and some of baseball's greatest players.

Here's year another great example of how Facebook is watching and categorizing your every move. According to NYTimes.com, if you've made your team preferences known on Facebook, you are now part of an interactive map. You put in a zip code, and it will show what team the residents there are most likely to root for...

This is why there just aren't as many "Mannys" as you would think there should be. Man, like myself just don't have the ability to multitask when things like sports, beer or women are around. I think we all have done some pretty stupid things when we are distracted by shiny objects, fortunately for most of us, there aren't cameras around when we do.

I don't know if you have seen this video yet but it is has gone pretty viral. You know how celebrities and politicians will often throw the ceremonial "first pitch" at a baseball game. Well, in Korea they also like to have popular pretty actresses and athletes do the honors. I am glad they did.

This week I had an opportunity to see my Yankees play the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park. The Yankees lost in the ninth inning but I must admit , it wasn't a horrible time. I left there thinking that Fenway was one of the coolest places to see a professional sports team.
