Drug Ring Operated from NYC to Upstate

State Police in New York say a tip that started at the troopers' barracks in Latham 18 months ago, uncovered a massive drug ring that stretched across NYC to Upstate New York.

The charges against the defendants are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

In all, the State Police say that 13 arrests were made in connection with a drug ring that was distributing fentanyl, cocaine, and other dangerous drugs, and nearly half of them are from the immediate Capital Region or parts of Upstate New York.
